At Uplift Nursing, referrals are one of the highest compliments we can receive. We are always looking for strong, dependable RNs who are passionate about delivering exceptional private duty nursing care in the home.
When you refer a nurse who joins our team and successfully meets the program requirements, you may be eligible for a referral bonus. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
Our nurses value the flexibility, continuity of care, supportive clinical environment, and opportunity to make a meaningful impact with clients and families. If you know an RN who would be a great fit for Uplift Nursing, we would love the introduction.

About Referrals

Simply submit your referral and, once your referral joins Uplift Nursing and meets the program requirements, we will take care of the rest. We will keep you updated throughout the process and ensure you receive your referral bonus.

You can earn $2,000 for every RN you refer who completes 192 hours of work.

You do not need to be employed by Uplift Nursing to submit a referral.

Referral bonus is for Registered Nurse referrals only.

Referral bonuses are paid once the referred RN successfully completes 192 worked hours with Uplift Nursing.

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make or the referral bonuses you can earn.
Additional Terms and Conditions Anyone may submit a referral. The referral form must be completed before the referred RN submits an application. The referred RN must not have been previously employed or paid by Uplift Nursing. The referred RN must start an assignment within three months of the referral date. The bonus will be paid to the person who submitted the most recent qualifying referral for the referred RN (i.e., “Your Information”).
