We will work with you and your physician to develop a personalized plan that addresses your needs. Whether it is providing 24 hour nursing care in your home, administering medications, or wellness checks for your elderly loved one.

Uplift Nursing is owned and operated by Mary Salaki, Registered Nurse.

Mary’s passion for private duty nursing began during her mother’s forty year career in private duty home care.  Shortly after becoming a registered nurse, Mary joined her mother on cases throughout the Somerset Hills.  Her mother presented Mary with a final teaching moment as she became the patient to her own daughter’s care.  The years of nursing experience culminating in her mother’s peaceful transition, have bestowed upon Mary and the Uplift team, the compassion, empathy, and love necessary for true patient-first care.

Mary takes a personal interest in every case that she manages.  She not only facilitates care of the patient but also as makes herself a resource and guide to families as they navigate assistance for their loved ones.

Mary’s long career in private duty nursing and her own personal journey in caring for her mother have made her an invaluable resource to patients and families.
